Dewpoint Dependent Switching (DDS)

Regeneration Air Requirements are Dependent upon flow, pressure and temperature

Compressed Air System are rarely constant and all three factor change according to the time of day, ambient temperature and relative humidy. This can result in the constant regeneration flow of compressed air being used inefficiently.

Dewpoint Dependent Switching (DDS) measure the outlet air dewpoint and adjusts the cycle times accordingly, to lower operating costs by up to 75%.

DDS is built into the dryer control system, and displays the outlet dewpoint. An Alarm function can interface with any building management system or Alarm device.
